Khoros Choir

The Brandenburg Choral Festival of London exists as a platform for choirs to perform in Central London venues. It is London's biggest and broadest celebration of all things choral - and we mean everything! Over the year, we bring together choirs and vocal ensembles of different shapes and sizes, and from every musical background - classical and jazz, a cappella or accompanied, gospel, male voice, choral scholars, community choirs, and a whole lot more besides!

Erica's 24 miles walk for NLS!

We did it!!! It wasn't all...bad weather, steep hills, boggy fields. It took 11 hours and we were some of the few to complete the whole 24 miles! Some got lost, some abandoned it altogether - but we plodded on.

Thanks to everyone who's been so generous as to donate towards this worthy cause.  Anyone who hasn't and still would like to the site is still open and will remain so for 3 months.

It's easy to donate online with a credit or debit card - just go to my JustGiving page:

Welcome to Shaftesbury Hall

Shaftesbury Hall has been owned by the North London Samaritans since 1974 and we are proud that the complete redevelopment of our 'Tin Tabernacle' finished in November 2018. Our vision has always been to create a new centre for Samaritans' volunteers and a true community facility for local groups to use and enjoy.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us along the journey to rebuild the hall, to our partners, those who have given their time and expertise to the project and above all to our wonderful volunteers and those who have donated so generously.

Shaftesbury Hall is now open for booking from £25/hour (£15/hour registered charities). Please check availability using our calendar, below, and contact us to enquire about placing a booking or for further information.
